Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?+
Production takes 1–3 business days. Engraved pieces add 2 days. Once shipped, US orders arrive in 2–5 days, international in 5–14 days.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — to 90+ countries. DDP shipping (no surprise customs fees) for US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
If it hasn't entered production, yes — email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that we may already be engraving.
Materials
What metals do you use?+
Solid 925 sterling silver and 14k gold-fill (a thick layer of real gold over a brass core, ~100x more gold than gold plating). Solid 14k options on select pieces.
Are your stones real?+
Yes. We use natural and lab-grown gemstones, both ethically sourced. The product page lists which is used.
Will it tarnish?+
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes — the polishing cloth in your box restores it in 30 seconds. Gold-fill resists tarnish for years with normal wear.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my ring size?+
See our ring sizing guide — three at-home methods, plus a free mailed sizer.
What if my ring doesn't fit?+
Free first resize within 60 days. After that, $15 flat fee.
Are necklaces adjustable?+
Most necklaces have a 2-inch extender. Bracelets are fully adjustable from 6.5 to 8 inches.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes — you can add gift wrapping as an option in your cart before checkout. Your piece arrives in a velvet pouch with a card, ready to give.
Can I include a personal note?+
Yes — add the personal note option in your cart before checkout, then write your message when prompted on the order. We include it with your shipment.
