Love it, or send it back.
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece. No questions, no restocking fees.
How it works
- Email hello@birthmonth.net with your order number and the reason for your return. A real human will reply with the next steps and the return address that fits your location.
- Pack the piece back in its original pouch with any inserts it arrived with, and drop it at any carrier location. We recommend tracked shipping so it doesn't get lost on the way back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Exchanges are shipped as soon as the returning piece is checked in.
What's eligible
- Unworn jewelry in its original packaging — no scratches, no signs of wear, no damage.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items: store credit only.
- Engraved or custom pieces: exchange only (sizing or stone), no refund.
Resizing
Got the wrong ring size? Email us at hello@birthmonth.net and we'll walk you through the resize process. Check the ring sizing guide first so the next one fits perfectly.
Optional 1-year warranty
For a small fee added in your cart, you can include a 1-year repair-or-replace warranty on your piece. If a clasp, setting, or chain fails under normal wear within the first year, we'll repair it — or replace it if a repair isn't possible. Just email us photos and your order number.
