Free standard shipping on every order over $35 USD — including the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and most of Europe. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination.
From time to time we run free-shipping promotions with no minimum — subscribe to our newsletter to catch them when they drop.

All delivery times are after production. Production usually takes 1–3 business days, plus another 1–3 days to dispatch — so most orders leave the studio within 2–6 business days of being placed. Engraved or customized pieces sit on the longer end of that range. Orders without any customization can ship significantly faster.
Customs & duties
Whether duties or import taxes apply depends on your country, the value of your order, the date it ships, and any changes to local trade rules. For most destinations and order sizes there's nothing extra to pay on delivery, but we can't guarantee that for every region. If your country charges import fees, they're set and collected by your local customs authority — not by BirthMonth.

Holiday & gift orders
Need a piece by a specific date? The most reliable way to prioritize your order is to select Express shipping at checkout — express orders are pushed to the front of production and dispatched first. Around the holidays we publish guaranteed-by-Christmas cutoff dates each November on the homepage banner.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, first check it directly with the carrier we used for your order — USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, Royal Mail, or another local carrier listed on your tracking page. They have the most accurate scan history and can often locate a parcel that looks stuck.
If tracking shows the parcel has arrived in your area but never reached you, contact your local post office with the tracking number — held parcels are usually waiting for pickup there. If you've checked with the carrier and still have no answer, email us at hello@birthmonth.net with your order number and we'll help open an investigation.
